Requirements
- comply with legislation requirements concerning the sale of food and drink at all times
- focus on increasing sales and conversion to drive sales and achieve targets
- actively support with the staffing and logistics of the event management including running events when required
- ensure the shops and stall cleanliness is maintained to a high standard in line with food hygiene requirements
- produce relevant social media content to be posted a minimum of twice a week to drive sales
- maintain stock levels within both the shops and events of all food and non-food items to ensure consistent availability
- operations management: 1 year
- ensure the shops and event venues are always presented and merchandised to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the most profitable items and ensuring delivery of the shop KPIs
Responsibility
- manage rotas ensuring adequate cover for customer service opening & closing times and peak trading time. Sending a month in advance to the team
- to ensure all HR and H&S policies and procedures are adhered to. To comply with Data Protection and GDPR regulations relevant to the business and ensure correct practice is adhered to
