Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- your role is to help execute such projects under the supervision of your Project/Account Manager
- arranging meetings, presentations and training, co-ordinating the people involved to be where and when they are needed
- attending meetings with your Project/Account Manager as a record keeper, detailing the points discussed and acting upon them with colleagues
- project administration - contracting, document distribution and updating our internal production schedule
- drafting project budgets and estimates with support from the Project/Account Manager
- keeping track of all activities and reminding the relevant people of what needs to be completed in order to meet deadlines
- maintaining an awareness of multiple projects and their impact on the overall production schedule
Requirements
- an organised mindset
- excellent attention to detail
- § Good communication skills
- ability to solve problems and prioritise time effectively
- A passion for live events, or previous experience in production would be advantageous
- project Management: 1 year
