WEST COUNTRY MILK CONSORTIUM is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • work closely with customers from a wide range of industries including Catering, Healthcare, Hospitality & Convenience Retail
  • ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely deliveries of their daily Dairy Produce
  • core to this process includes ensuring the accuracy of Orders Processed, Customer Site Information and Pricing Accuracy
  • you will maintain close liaison with our Supplier Base made up of some 60-70 Dairies
  • liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure adherence to West Country Milk credit terms and policies
  • respond to any other requirements of the business as directed by the Customer Service Manager
  • all customer orders must be recorded and entered accurately and promptly, whether received electronically or by phone
  • customer data must also be maintained to a high standard to ensure delivery accuracy and effective communication. This will be primarily maintained on an electronic CRM style computer database
