Working hours

Responsibility

  • ensure Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with customer SLA's and GDPR
  • schedule reactive jobs using the Big Change CRM system
  • handle incoming calls and manage outgoing calls as required
  • ensure prompt resolution to customer enquiries
  • the Service Desk CRM Administrator provides first line help desk support. With strong administrative skills and customer focus, you will provide a friendly and proactive service to our valued customers and field based engineers
  • generating quotes for new repairs and servicing using our CRM system
  • assigning our engineers to service and emergency call outs
  • respond to queries, amend data and re-issue tasks as required

Requirements

  • administrative: 5 years
  • CRM software: 1 year
