Responsibility
ensure Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with customer SLA's and GDPR
schedule reactive jobs using the Big Change CRM system
handle incoming calls and manage outgoing calls as required
ensure prompt resolution to customer enquiries
the Service Desk CRM Administrator provides first line help desk support. With strong administrative skills and customer focus, you will provide a friendly and proactive service to our valued customers and field based engineers
generating quotes for new repairs and servicing using our CRM system
assigning our engineers to service and emergency call outs
respond to queries, amend data and re-issue tasks as required
Requirements
