  • 1 year’s minimum experience in a client/customer services position
  • good knowledge of the buying process
  • previous experience of Bluecoat/Finplan is an advantage but not essential, training will be given

Responsibility

  • finplan/Bluecoat reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each stage of the protection booking process
  • liaise with clients, mortgage brokers and protection advisers ensuring all clients are contacted in the necessary time frame
  • providing personalised responses to clients via phone and over email
  • organising the diaries of all protection advisers, speaking to the clients to arrange meetings, setting up the diary entry and following with up when needed
  • be able to work at an efficient level of productivity including, call numbers and appointment booking that are required and set out by management
