- all BM’s to have an up to date, documented training needs analysis evidencing on-going coaching and development, supported by documented monthly reviews
- producing finance led marketing initiatives according to the needs of the business and market forces
- fully understanding all manufacturer programmes and renewal processes to ensure this opportunity is maximised at site and group level with consistent processes
- ensuring all systems are integrated and functioning correctly at all times, including external supplier platforms
