Responsibility
- understand the key narratives for the WMD brand and products
- collaborate with the wider commercial team to devise and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy
- devise and implement a content distribution strategy across digital channels to support the implementation of our content marketing planner
- use analytical tools to continuously monitor and improve our digital content marketing strategy, driving ROI and revenue growth
- implement management reporting as required
- support the delivery of a social media strategy designed to share our narrative with target audiences across core channels including Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Youtube, our website, and other appropriate platforms
- monitor and respond to social media interaction across all digital channels
- format content created by the wider marketing team so it is suitable for distribution across all appropriate digital channels, working across a range of formats including copy, video, audio and photography
Requirements
- product led digital marketing experience - ideally in an industry such as clothing, furniture, or similar
- passionate and genuinely committed to sharing the WMD narrative via digital channels
- clear understanding of performance marketing techniques with demonstrable experience building and managing successful ads
- ability to tackle and solve problems
- demonstrable experience of managing change through Content Management Systems. Ideally, exposure to Shopify or similar E-commerce platforms
- positive, approachable and fun
- an honest, authentic and collaborative approach to life
- ability to lead the digital marketing function, work on their own initiative and guide management & marketing teams
