- to receive, control and unload deliveries and supervise any staff that are assisting with unloading
- use a forklift truck to unload deliveries and move goods where necessary
- ensure that the stock received is counted accurately and checked for shortages and damages
- report discrepancies of stock to Senior Management and monitor outcomes
- update stock control systems and regularly check stock levels
- request for further stock to be manufactured where necessary and in the correct timeframes
- scan goods in and out of stock using RFID system
- controlling and selecting academic dress for large graduation events which must meet tight deadlines
