Responsibility
job Title: Senior HR Advisor
location: Fleet, Hampshire – with a degree of hybrid working and requirement to travel to client sites as required
provide sound HR advice to middle-level stakeholders on a variety of HR issues with the support of senior members of the team
update and maintain payroll files for clients and support with payroll administration on a monthly basis
supporting clients and providing confident day-to-day advice on less complex employee relations casework such as maternity, absence, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy meetings
providing advice on less complex TUPE transfers, redundancy processes and business restructures
Requirements
we are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join this friendly, passionate and highly professional HR consultancy
proven experience of liaising with and advising different stakeholders
experience of advising on basic UK employment law and providing advice accordingly
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
competent in preparing and writing HR documentation including contracts of employment and letters
excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fastpaced environment, meet tight deadlines and manage workload effectively
proven previous experience of providing first level generalist HR advice to managers and employees on a variety of issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, maternity and sickness, etc
working knowledge of HR best practice and UK employment law
