Responsibility

  • liaise with clients to ascertain their intended functions and appearance of each space
  • qualify the lead/referral
  • continue working with the client throughout the entire process until completion
  • inform clients of alternative/additional features which may be of use to them
  • careful consideration to the placement of utilities to ensure safety and functionality
  • create a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations and all proposed furniture
  • suggest appropriate materials and finishes
  • observe all building and safety regulations

Requirements

  • A good working knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and bedroom industries
  • A good working knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and, preferably, the bedroom industries
  • A strong and proven track record in kitchen design is required
  • A strong and proven track record in kitchen design, ideally, with a minimum of five years experience
  • familiarity with appropriate design and visualisation tools with experience of the Winner design software preferred
  • A desire to expand your own knowledge and experience and willingness to learn
  • A passion for your work and design
  • confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive work ethic
