  • to ensure that food is hygienically and correctly stored and all food areas are kept clean

  • to ensure that the prepared food is conveyed safely from the kitchen to the desired room
  • to collect and clean the crockery, pots, pans and cutlery using the setting’s dishwasher
  • to stock food, condiments and supplies for the purpose of maintaining adequate quantities and the security of items
  • to ensure that cleaning duties are carried out correctly and recorded
