- home care support is defined as the range of services put in place to support an individual in their own home

- prompt clients to have personal care, always ensuring that the client’s dignity and privacy is maintained
- always encourage clients to be as self-managing as possible so they can maintain their independence
- we are a company that believes in the future of our employees, and as such we provide intensive training on-site, blended with e-learning and community field-based training
- undertakes light cleaning, shopping and domestic duties including meal preparation as required
- we provide ongoing mentoring and training opportunities and enrol all our employees onto appropriate NVQ / QCF qualifications relevant to their roles
