Requirements
- experience as a Bread Baker/ Confectioner
- familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
- understanding of food safety practices
- excellent time-management skills
- good accuracy and literacy for following recipes and completing necessary documentation
- ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- flexibility to work across a variety of shifts to meet the business need
