- here at Wee Paree we are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our small and well-established, friendly kitchen team and can run the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef
- we are a small, high volume restaurant in the West End of Glasgow delivering exceptional food and a high level of service. Our team is diverse and inclusive
- the perfect candidate will thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment and they will be enthusiastic with a passion for high quality food, carrying out allocated responsibilities and confident to work from a small kitchen and lead the pass when necessary
- this position is full time with flexible working schedules. The role will consist of 3 - 4 full working days with longer shifts with ample time off. We value work-life balance and our team support each other during holiday absences
