Responsibility

  • lead, maintain develop Food Connects system
  • claim Handling – Assist in the logging of claims and administration of resolutions
  • request and attend as necessary Recall/withdrawal/Crisis team meetings
  • ensure supplier approval for new and existing suppliers are in line with procedures
  • respond to complaints
  • maintain Group Approved supplier list and risk assessment adding and removing new and redundant supplier
  • liaise with Management team to ensure Food Safety Objectives are met
