- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- conduct production forecasting dependant on customer orders, safety stock and inventory levels
- work is in accordance with all requirements of TPD Regulations
- the Production Manager will undertake forecasting and planning and will allocate resources to ensure we maintain customer service levels
- liaise with the Inventory & Logistics Manager to ensure sufficient raw material inventory is available to meet scheduled production
- the Production Manager will have overall daily responsibility for the efficient and safe running of the production operation
- complete all BMRs to ensure full traceability of each product throughout its lifecycle
- engage with others in a positive and constructive manner that is conducive to good teamwork in a production environment
- assist with coordination of preventive maintenance and 5S related tasks as it pertains to the assigned area
Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Production Manager preferably within FMCG
- knowledge of the eliquid and vaping industry is desirable
