- site surveying upcoming jobs
- preparation of construction sites, materials, and tools
- organising the delivery of skips, materials, and concrete
- excavating site for MOT type 1 sub-base using mini digger or by hand where necessary
- setting up of shuttering to a high degree of accuracy
- as a Groundworker with Web Buildings, you will be responsible for laying concrete bases for various residential projects alongside a labourer, ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality standards and in keeping with health and safety regulations
- tamping, floating, or brushing of concrete to a finish as required

Requirements
- self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to work and life
- must be able to travel to, or relocate to Hyde Cheshire to collect van, plant and tools on a daily basis
- minimum of 2-years experience in groundwork or a related field
- CSCS Card
- CIS Card
- strong understanding of construction principles and procedures
- ability to read and interpret basic plans
- competency in using hand tools, power tools, plant and other machinery
