Responsibility

  • we Let Properties are recruiting for enthusiastic, experienced Property Managers to join our property management team
  • the role will involve liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors in all aspects of property management to ensure the smooth running of tenancies
  • ensure customer care is a priority at all times and that customer issues are dealt with effectively and promptly
  • conduct Check Out appointments in line with the in going inventory
  • conduct renewals with current tenants
  • identify any maintenance issues and update property managers

Requirements

  • proven communication skills
  • full, UK clean driving licence
  • excellent organisation skills
  • passion to provide excellent customer service
  • proven experience in a similar property management role
