Responsibility
- at We Do Mortgages, we are seeking a full time Case Manager to join our growing team
- competitive base salary of £22,000 - £25,000
- regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion
- dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
- book client appointments and keeping the diary organised
- complete Broker Checklist to include compliance checks on all documentation
- A Case Manager is responsible for assisting our team of Mortgage Advisors. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers
Requirements
- preferably 1 years Financial services experience
- A minimum of 1 years Financial services experience
- ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
- demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
- A team player with ability to use own initiative
