Responsibility

  • manage and maintain cleaning standards at all site locations in your portfolio
  • monitor and manage staff performance in terms of cleanliness standards, work performance, and behaviour on site
  • implement and manage cleaning schedules and procedures that meet the needs of the facility and comply with health and safety regulations
  • conduct regular inspections of sites and monthly audits to ensure high standards and quality of cleaning being performed and stock control

  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks with an ever-changing workload
  • attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
