Responsibility

• collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• help care patients to maintain their independence
• educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques

Requirements

• to be successful in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of current clinical practices as a Registered Nurse
• it is important to have experience in developing well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments
• familiarity with regulatory frameworks, is essential
