Responsibility

• provide guidance and support for office organisation and administration
• achieve personal targets set either Daily/Weekly/Quarterly
• identify all effective methods of marketing available to promote properties to all customers

• take responsibility for checking that all property descriptions are accurate and comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
• regularly arrange for website and portal checks to ensure continuity of property advertising
• maintain a high standard of compliance to current Data Protection regulations
• represent the business when conducting Market Appraisals
• ensure all staff follow up viewings, obtain feedback and conduct client feedback
• ensure the Company software is used appropriately by all staff so that they maintain regular contact and promotional activity with all clients
• receive, record and present all offers received, negotiating on the Seller or Landlords behalf
• check and sign off all offers received
• check and sign off all tenancies prior to move in
• sign off all accounting paperwork accurately and timely
• identify any new innovative ways that company processes could be improved in order to achieve business plan
• continually aim to improve market share

Requirements
