  • we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Assistant Manager who has one year plus experience in a supervisor or managerial role in a busy cafe or wine bar environment
  • you will work very closely with the general manager to ensure the smooth running of the business, including food and beverage ordering, employee management, health & safety, food hygiene and installing a culture of exceptional customer service
