- we currently have an opening for a returns administrator between 10am and 2pm - 5 days a week
- you will need to be a highly organised individual who has a keen eye for detail
- basic computer skills are necessary to carry this work out effectively
- efficiently and safely opening packages containing returned footwear
- conducting initial inspections of the returned items for damage or wear
- collaborating with the returns team to categorize and process returned items
- ensuring that all opened packages are handled in line with company policies and procedures
- assisting in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- good manual dexterity for handling packages and returned items
- basic understanding of customer service principles
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- no previous experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided
