  • we are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Bristol
  • waylands Automotive are looking for a Warranty Administrator/Service Administrator to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Reading. Waylands are a successful and growing motor dealer group, with 10 sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Avon
  • invoicing repair orders accurately
  • loading the workshop diary as required
  • checking claims submitted by the dealership
  • progress and submit claims to the Manufacturer
  • ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer's requirements and criteria for warranty claims
  • ensure that the repair order and all supporting documentation meets the manufacturer's required standards

Requirements

  • an understanding of the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however, this is not essential
  • good organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • warranty: 1 year
  • the ability to work within specified guidelines and to deadlines
  • motor Retail: 1 year
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues
