Responsibility

  • updating menu pricing boards
  • to monitor credit control reports for the customer’s status and to ensure work falls within the customer’s agreed credit limit
  • main function is the effective operation of the Service Reception to ensure the efficient and profitable loading of the workshop
  • monitor completed job cards and pass through to Administration Department ensuring that all job cards are accounted for
  • control and monitor factory recalls
