- ● Prepare and distribute school newsletter
- ● To undertake any other duties commensurate with this post as directed by the School Business Manager
- ● Dispatch all correspondence to classes for parents
- ● To ensure that electronic records are accurate and up to date. This will include responsibility for data entry, regular and ad hoc reporting
- ● Maintain stationery and consumable stock and order as necessary
- ● Ensure all visitors sign in, share safeguarding information, are given badges and are escorted through the building if necessary
- ● Respond to any queries from staff, parents and pupils
