- collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their bathroom design
- create customised bathroom designs using industry-leading software
- provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the design process
- handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing orders, and maintaining showroom displays and aftersales
- work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
- previous experience in bathroom design or consultative retail environment such as, kitchens, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales advantageous
- strong design skills and the ability to visualise concepts effectively
- proficiency in design software such as Virtual Worlds or similar programs
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- capacity to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- A clean drivers licence
