Requirements
- have a passion for and understanding of good food and great wine
- 3-5 years in a senior management position within a hotel or restaurant
- experience of overseeing multi-outlet venues or cluster management
- previous experience of managing, leading and training a large team
- knowledge of HR procedures
- an exquisite understanding of hospitality
- A proven track record of consistently achieving financial targets
- A WSET qualification or equivalent
