Responsibility
to ensure that the Company’s obligations to the Owners and Board are properly fulfilled
day to day management of the Duty Managers, Housekeeping Assistants, Cooks and Handyperson. This includes but not limited to
rota management, maintaining personnel records, review meetings with staff where required, arranging and conducting staff meetings with staff teams
ensuring that agreed staff levels are maintained and suitably qualified staff are appointed to vacancies so that there is disruption in the provision of service
