Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- taking bookings of deliveries and collections
- dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and post
- welcoming guests to the Cardiff site, procuring refreshments as requested
- booking travel and accommodation in line with the Expenses Policy and referring to the Group Operations Manager, as required
- ordering supplies, such as warehouse and office equipment
- managing workwear stock levels across all sites, taking order requests and ordering workwear to ensure there is a readily available supply
- taking responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others
- maintaining compliance with the Group's policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- good academic background with strong numerical, literacy, and digital skills
- prior customer service experience is essential
- experience conducting various aspects of business administration, including assisting accounts departments
- excellent networking, facilitation, and communication skills
- positive approach to undertaking new tasks and projects
- there is opportunity to grow at a fast pace within the business for talented and committed individuals
- this is a full-time position, working from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- customer service: 1 year
