Responsibility
- manage and maintain a comprehensive database of product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing
- regularly update and validate product data to ensure accuracy and completeness

- ensure consistent and standardised formatting of product data across all channels
- collaborate with sales channel partners such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify to upload and manage product information on their platforms
- monitor product listings on sales channels to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with channel-specific guidelines and requirements
- optimise product listings for improved visibility, conversion rates, and search engine rankings
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience in managing and maintaining product information databases
- familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify
- strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- proficient in data entry and data management
- ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
- familiarity with search engine optimisation principles is a plus
