Responsibility
- it is also responsible for ensuring that economies of scale are realised in field operations
- responsible for overseeing the maximising of efficiencies of the Field Team
- the role would have direct responsibility for Customer Service, Field based operations , Purchasing, Technical Support and Customer Support
- responsible for coordinating overall implementation of best practice throughout the company
- manage service to ensure optimum field support
- participates and supports the annual appraisal process
- this position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic direction in the area of field support operations, installations and high-level support
- participates regularly in special projects as required by the MD
