proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the engineering or automation sectors
familiarity with recruiting for roles in automation, PLC, SCADA, or industrial engineering is highly desirable
strong sourcing skills and proficiency with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibility
source and attract qualified candidates for automation-related job roles, including Automation Engineers, PLC Programmers, and SCADA Developers
develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through various channels
conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates' technical skills and qualifications
coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring companies within the industrial automation sector
collaborate with our training and placement teams to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment with the candidates' skills
manage candidate databases and track progress through the recruitment funnel
provide regular updates to the hiring manager regarding recruitment activities and candidate progress
