- proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the engineering or automation sectors
- familiarity with recruiting for roles in automation, PLC, SCADA, or industrial engineering is highly desirable
- strong sourcing skills and proficiency with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
- ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibility
- source and attract qualified candidates for automation-related job roles, including Automation Engineers, PLC Programmers, and SCADA Developers
- develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through various channels
- conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates' technical skills and qualifications
- coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring companies within the industrial automation sector
- collaborate with our training and placement teams to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment with the candidates' skills
- manage candidate databases and track progress through the recruitment funnel
- provide regular updates to the hiring manager regarding recruitment activities and candidate progress
- as a Part-Time Technical Recruiter at Wartens Ltd, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting engineering professionals for our industrial automation courses and job placement services
