Responsibility
- office Administrator
- receiving and making telephone calls on behalf of the business
- create/maintain new enquiries/jobs on CRM system and associated job files for the relevant manager

- order supplies such as equipment and PPE
- manage company vehicles including servicing, repairs, congestion charges etc
- organise hire cars when required
- ensure pool car mileage records are being maintained
- book accommodation for staff when needed
- maintain records of equipment allocated to surveyors
- arrange equipment repairs and calibrations
- arrange and monitor purchase orders
- on-board new survey staff and support HSQE Manager with regards to inductions
- maintain holiday and sickness records
- maintain invoicing records and request invoices where required
- complete monthly office checks
Requirements
- customer service
- administrative experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional telephone manner
