Responsibility

  • assist in recruitment, coaching and appraisal of associates, developing the potential of the team and the department’s effectiveness
  • actively promote the Company’s values and four pillars culture within the business
  • assist with the management of the warranty system, completing regular audits in accordance with manufacturer requirements
  • assist in generating realistic and achievable parameters for departmental budgets, so that these can then be agreed and signed off at board level
  • ensure bad debts are followed up through regular discussion with the bought ledger department
  • update associates with information relating to the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring they are aware of departmental processes, systems and policies
  • control and manage any guest complaints that may occur, setting an example for other associates and ensuring an effective guest record/follow up system
  • comply with all FCA requirements and operate within legislative guidelines at all times
