Responsibility

  • report to the Bar Manager
  • ● Completing and recording weekly/monthly fire and health and safety risk checks, reporting as necessary
  • ● Updating and maintaining tills with new products, preparing products for sale, adhering to the company price structure
  • ● Completing opening and closing procedures, end of day reporting
  • ● Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
  • ● Assist with internal or external procedures for monthly bar inventory paperwork, execute monthly stock counts, reporting variances

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience working in a bar
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • bar management: 1 year
  • hospitality: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
  • management: 1 year
