Rented a room in Birmingham for around 5 months with them. Everything was fine except now they do not return me the deposit money for over 2 months, even though they promised to do so.

Unfortunately, they did not. I also couldn’t reach them and an agency which helps to file a claim for the deposit couldn’t help me either :(

They are not trust worthy. They agreed to give us house. We gave advance money . Later they didn't have us house and didn't returned our money also. April we gave money, still we didn't received the money back. Now they are not responding to calls and emails also.
