- manage a portfolio of accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne
- manage and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- act as an expert and point of contact, providing advice and guidance to landlords and tenants
- handle enquiries and reports relating to managed tenancy agreements
- assisting with utilities contracts at the start and end of tenancies
- maintaining property records to company standards
- liaising with the accounts team to handle invoices and payments due
- the duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade and as such may be required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties within the remit of relevant skills and experience
