Requirements
- to develop knowledge and understanding of procedures associated with receipt of incoming goods
- consistent and accurate fulfilment of customer orders including picking/packing and despatch
- to maintain clear, tidy, organised stock areas ensuring accurate stock rotation
- to continually replenish stock to facilitate fast, accurate, picking of orders
- to gain a good basic knowledge across the key product areas
- to develop the role to support the growing needs of the Company
- to develop knowledge and understanding of the Company and its products in order to efficiently manage customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment by mastering the Company’s sales order processing systems and despatch procedures
- full Manual Driving Licence for occasional transport between Warehouses
Responsibility
- in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to carry out such other duties as may be required and as may be assigned by the Company from time to time
- REPORTS TO: Head of Finance and Operations
- enter & book customer deliveries via courier portal
- assist with goods inwards duties including receipting of goods, unpacking, checking, date stamping, booking into Sage
- maintain tidy stock and despatch areas including continuous stock replenishment/rotation
