Responsibility
- to proactively maximise the customer basket ensuring they have all the materials
- process customer orders, replacement orders, returns and refunds
- process main orders, sample orders, returns, replacements and refunds
- answer all incoming customer enquiries, via telephone, email, and live chat in line with company SLAs
- liaise with internal and external couriers to ensure a smooth delivery service for our customers. Proactively communicate any delivery updates
- ensure that appropriate Health and Safety standards are always maintained
- necessary to complete their project
