- you will be an experienced engineer, holding Chartered Engineer status
- duties
- simplify complex structures for ease of analysis
- perform calculations in accordance with standards such as EN 1993-1, EN 13445, DNV-OS-C101
- use software such as STAAD.Pro / Idea StatiCA for analysis
- you will both carry out high value work, as well as perform critical reviews on peer work, including drawings, calculations and reports
- carry out design in 2D and 3D environments using AutoCAD and Inventor
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering from an accredited institution
- chartered Engineer
- engineering: 5 years
