Requirements

  • + MCIOB, HNC/HND or Degree level in a related construction subject
  • + CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certifications are essential
  • + Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on fast track programmes to a high quality and within budget
  • + Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, running projects valued between £500k - £10M
