Education

Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential
- proven experience in cost control within the construction industry is highly desirable
- strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- excellent numerical skills with a strong attention to detail
- proficiency in relevant software applications for cost estimation and project management
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
