- W&H Supplies are looking for a Showroom Manager for their beautiful showroom based in Ford, Arundel
- what we do ask is that you have exceptional leadership and people management experience in a sales or showroom environment
- management: 2 years
- supervising: 5 years
- as the South’s largest showroom for fires, fire surrounds, stoves and range cookers, W&H Supplies prides itself on offering an exceptional experience for their customers, from the moment they step through the door, through to fitting and installation of their chosen item to create the perfect ambience for the home
- as the Showroom Manager, you will motivate and manage the existing retail showroom team to maximise sales, whilst ensuring service standards are maintained
- with over 250 fires and products available, we know it will take time to learn our full product offering, which is why it will be our priority to ensure you have the right training and product knowledge available to get you off to a flying start
Responsibility
- overseeing the day to day operations of the showroom, including managing and coaching the showroom team to deliver sales, service standards, showroom presentation standards and process compliance
- ensuring the correct mix and levels of stock is available and appropriately presented
