Responsibility

  • making calls and recruiting members of the public to participate in Market Research
  • capturing customer information correctly within our purpose built in house CRM system
  • the Successful Candidate
  • this is an exiting new opportunity to join Vocal Views. We are now recruiting trainee call centre advisors to join the team, in our brand-new office in Derby, Pride Park
  • driven, Determined and accountable
  • eye for detail and quality of work rate
  • clear communication skill and ability to follow instructions, whilst taking initiative
  • applicants must be reliable, hard-working and excellent communicators with a flair for dealing with people over the phone, hitting targets and KPIs

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
