Responsibility
- answer incoming phone calls and emails from clients seeking IT assistance
- provide first-line technical support for common IT issues, including password resets, software installations, and basic hardware troubleshooting
- create and manage support tickets to track and resolve client issues
- document and maintain records of client interactions and solutions for reference
- collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems
- assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to IT procedures and troubleshooting guides
- ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with IT trends and technologies
