Worst builders I have ever encountered. No work ethics. Took the money for a job which is incomplete. Never turns up for work. Half the roof he fixed has blown off. Messed up the new drains and house has got a rat infestation throughout . Builders from hell!!!!

And now we are thinking of legal redress….
Long processes and haven’t got the mental energy to pursue it.
Still have the rats …. They keep coming back as we haven’t located the points of entrance.

I think the local council is the only way, at the same time I understand it would cost so much energy... But I feel like you deserve a huge compensation, as I can't even imagine being at your place. Isn't it worth trying?
