Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintenance of KYC files and information including trade memberships, insurances, correspondence methods, payment information and credit limits
- business insurance cover procurement and monitoring to ensure that the assets and risks of the company are appropriately covered
- supporting the Group Compliance Officer and being the UK representative to the Global Compliance team
- coordinating and delivering compliance training internally to ensure we are upholding company standards and values
- performing KYC due diligence for all new on-boarding, remediation and / or periodic reviews of business counterparties; to include collating and reviewing credit risk, KYC and legal documentation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with group processes and procedures
- ensuring the business is operating compliantly and in line with company code of conduct
- maintaining robust end-to-end checklists and procedures for all processes
- building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that the needs of the business are met
Requirements
- experience of working in a compliance and/or KYC role
- comfortable working with a mix of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- high level of numeracy, preferably with some financial background
- high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- highly methodical
- analytical and critical thinker with good problem solving skills
- positive, collaborative and forward thinking
