VITALSCAN is looking for employees for positions:
- previous experience in financial control
- direct hands-on experience of finance, office administration and/or secretarial roles
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- excellent organisational skills – able to manage themselves and others effectively
- formal secretarial or administration training and qualifications
- good communications skills
- experience of CRM, book keeping or accountancy using finance software packages
- minimum of 2 years receptionist experience in healthcare industry
- demonstrate team work and at times cover for colleagues leave/sickness
- to raise outpatient invoices for all radiology patients
- to undertake any other duties not specified within the job description as determined by the Radiology Manager
- to attend and contribute to staff meetings
- report any failures/maintenance issues to appropriate area
